    After going back and forth with LG, they finally gave me the telephone for PRIDE HVAC as well as some other companies. I checked out his other reviews and decided to go with him. Appointment was scheduled and he arrived during the scheduled time period. Installed a new compressor and my refrigerator is back running. Way cheaper than buying a new refrigerator. Thank you so much. Top notch and would definitely use him again.

    Very professional; quick to respond to calls/texts and easy to communicate and exchange information about our fridge ahead of the repair visit. From making the first call to a working fridge with a new compressor installed only took two days. Appreciate the work and will recommend to friends and family!

    I had trouble with my LG refrigerator/freezer that was 6 yrs old. After trying several places to get a repair man I was told I just needed to buy another refrigerator. I talked to LG and was given a number to Pride. I called and finally placed with a quality company. This young man was quick, courteous and made sure I understood what the problem was and fixed it. Was told what the charges would be from beginning. I highly recommend this business. He even texted me the next day to see how the refrigerator was working. Only wish I could give him more than 5 stars. Great service.

    My Technician was / is Jesus Parama. I set my appointment with him to repair my LG refrigerator. During our initial conversation I told him what was going on and after a few questions that he asked me, he was able to pinpoint what he believed the problem was.

    He gave me a price quote and we agreed on an appointment date. When that day came I received an unexpected text of his time and arrival, and he met that time. Before coming into my home he asked if he needed to put shoe covers on. As he began to work he kept his face covering on the entire time, and continually communicated what he was doing to repair my fridge.

    Jesus was completely professional from beginning to end, and I shared that with him upon completion of the job. He was able to do the job within the price he initially quoted. He actually gave me information to share with if needed, another technician in the event that I would call someone else. I informed him then that he had my business and he’d be the only one I’d be calling.

    I had another issue come up with the fridge, a couple of days later, so I texted Jesus, and he returned my text explaining to me what I should do and his diagnosis and dyi tip for me resolved the problem.

    Based of Jesus’ performance, professionalism and work ethics, I would definitely recommend Pride HVAC

    Had issues with LG washer. Contacted Best Buy who then assigned to your company. The representative was timely, informative, respectful and professional. Initially the machine started working with no major adjustment. However, the problem popped up again. The representative came out and reevaluate. At that time determined it was the sensor and replaced it. Machine is now working properly.
