Very poor overall experience with MCM. We purchased a multi-head ductless mini split for a new build. The installation process was very unprofessional. The units were mounted out of balance which caused the condensate lines to drip water down the walls and subsequently ruin the sheetrock. The units were incorrectly tuned and charged, which caused one or more heads to request pressure at much higher rates than the adjacent units. We requested service on multiple occasions to remedy the issue. The service technicians were often late or not show up at all. After 18 months of trying to work with MCM, we were forced to replace the unit using a different service company. I highly recommend finding another local HVAC service company.

A technician called 15 minutes before arrival. Two technicians arrived at the scheduled time. I needed a seasonal inspection for 2 units. The inspections were done in a timely fashion. The cost was as quoted. I dealt with just one technician who was neatly presented and cordial.

Our compressor quit working in the morning; called MCM and Chad came out the same day. Excellent service, courteous and very neat. Will do business with company for a long time.

They came out looked at the AC said it needed $8000, to repair, I got a friend out that does maintenance, he found a broken wire and repaired it for free,
