One of our HVAC Cooling zones crashed during the heat of this summer. Mike quickly came out to inspect the situation and made his recommendation. Our insurance company was slow, but as soon as I gave Mike the "okay" he had a team here to install the complete system. His installers did a great job. BTW - we are in the country, North TX - it's a drive here! I highly recommend Frisco Air. Thank you Mike!!

My A/C died while I was on vacation, so I came back to a very warm house Tuesday night. I called Mike at Frisco Air first thing Wednesday at 8am based on other reviews, he came out at 10am, and diagnosed the problems in an hour. Since the unit was 16 years old, I opted to replace the whole thing. He located a unit that afternoon, came out the next morning, and had everything cleaned up by 1pm. I normally don't like dealing with contractors, but Frisco Air made everything effortless and was very reasonably priced. The technicians were polite, efficient, and did quality work. And the billing department took care of all the warranty paperwork right away. While I don't want my second A/C to die anytime soon, it is nice to know that Frisco Air will make the repair/replacement process as smooth as possible.

I can't stress enough to let people know that Mike runs the most professional and honest AC Company in Texas. After been getting crazy ridiculous high quotes from most companies, Mike gave me a deal that I couldn't let pass. He installed 2 brand new AC and heating units for my property. He went above and beyond to work with my crazy work schedule. Also we came across few obstacles while installing new units but not a single penny was increased from the quote he gave me. He even install my thermostat that wasn't part of deal!!(Best Buy, Lowes, Home Depot will charge couple hundred to install those).

I am grateful that I finally found someone that is looking to truly help and isn't looking to rip people off.

My HVAC unit quit working temporarily on a Sunday night. I phoned Mike and he picked up at his home Sunday evening. He said he couldn't get out that night, but could get here first thing in the morning. Mike and his employee showed up early and determined there was no issue. *The temporary non-cooling event had to do with a power surge.

Upon giving the unit a complete once-over and determining nothing was wrong, Mike didn't even charge a service-fee for coming out, which I was fully prepared to pay.

Because of this exceptional experience, we'll be using Frisco Air going forward for regular servicing of our Trane Units. Give Frisco Air a call - Very nice guy and not out there to take advantage of homeowners. He just earned a new long-term client and I'll share that with my surrounding neighbors.

Mike and his team were a pleasure to work with. He was present throughout the installation process, making sure any concerns and questions were answered. We had complete trust in their work ethic. It's always a stressful task to find a company that fits good with your needs when time is a factor. Emergency calls always have an added fee and pricing usually reflect "emergency". For once, this wasn't the case. Mike took the time to personally make one last call to us on his way home after his busy day. That was the first thing that impressed us. Shortly after leavingour home we received an estimate for both units that we couldn't pass up.
