    4/18/2022 Quantum North America -- you are CORRECT! These bad reviews are NOT for Quantum North America! They were originally posted for Quantum Mechanical and somehow (no idea how) were changed over to your company. My apologies. I was not successful reaching out to google to make the correction, so I did the best I could.

    4/15/2022 -- I was looking through my reviews and noticed that my review of -- QUANTUM MECHANICAL -- was somehow assigned to a company I never heard of; that by the way has zero to do with installing air conditioning systems. I am not sure how this happened, but it sure is irritating. By my post I was trying to enlighten another consumer regarding the issues we encountered with Quantum Mechanical. Check QUANTUM MECHANICAL on the BBB and angi.com sites.

    Purchased a new central AC system last summer. When it got cold we found out they never hooked up the heater. Also did not place the drain appropriately. There were multiple trips to our house to re-do a number of problems not completed correctly the first time. Also the slab for the outside part of the system was not done correctly (just found that out). We are going to have to hire someone to take care of that. I also had very much difficulty reaching them. The whole experience is a nightmare that just keeps on kicking. I hate to do a bad review, but let the buyer beware.

    I wish I could give them less than a star. RUN AWAY. This company is terrible. They have not replaced my AC Condenser in 4 months of waiting. They have never called me one time beyond that first call to tell me they were coming out. And when I tried to call them they never answered the phone. After 12 calls I finally got them to answer once and he screamed "Quantum" by way of answering the call. Lovely. I finally have a different company out today to try and fix this and they tell me they fix ALOT of Quantums screw ups. Do not use this company they do NOT care at all about their customers.

    My husband just started working for them. So far they are a better company than his last. (Polk Mechanical) who laid him of 2 days before Christmas after they gave him a raise. I give them 5 stars. Very professional.

    Went through with our home warranty. Took awhile to get a hold of them and to set up an appointment. The service tech was good though, took care of the issue and recommended some things to keep the issue from happening again.

    STAY AWAY FROM SHANE TISHLER AT THIS COMPANY. HE IS JUST A LIER AND A THEIF. HE ONLY TOOK MY FATHERS MONEY FOR THE WORK THAT WAS DONE ON THE BUILDINGS AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM. I CALLED ANOTHER MANAGER AT QUANTUM MECHANICAL TO SPEAK ABOUT MY FATHERS PROBLEMS. THAT MANAGER ONLY GAVE ME THE DOUBLE TALK AND RUN AROUND TOO. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE WORK WITH SHANE TISHLER OR HIRE QUANTUM MECHANICAL TO WORK ON THERE BUILDINGS AIR CONDITIONING OR HEATING SYSTEM. THIS COMPANY IS BAD.

    Ding for 1 star because it took them 3 days from when I first requested service to get here. Once here, service was excellent.
