I contacted to get our winter furnace upkeep completed and was impressed from the start. Since it wasn't an emergency, my appointment took a few weeks. The day prior to the appointment I rec'd a reminder call and on the morning of the appointment the TECH (Samuel) called to let me know he was on the way.
