BEST AC COMPANY EVER! Brody and his team came out to replace my 2004 AC that was struggling and I can already see a huge difference in it! My old unit would take an hour to drop 1° and this new one dropped 4° in a matter of minutes! It’s sturdy, had great reviews and is so quiet I have to check to see if it’s on. Cool Rescue was 1 of 3 companies that I was comparing price, items and etc and they beat out everyone! They had a good machine that was recommended by several and was in my price range. They also had a great warranty and took the time to educate me on everything before I bought it and while they were installing it.

The team is beyond compare! Each of the gentlemen were hardworking, respectful, trustworthy and friendly. I loved how easy it was to talk with them and saw how they took such great care around my home and animals. They cleaned up everything after they left and were absolutely pleasant! I recommend this company for anything AC.

Had a new AC/Heat Pump system installed...all we can say is amazing! Old system worn out and were lucky enough to find Cool Rescue#1...Brody and his crew provided quotes and options...pricing was very competitive...we opted for Lennox system. It was ordered and came in rather quickly....work was scheduled, crew came on time and did a great install...the new system is awesome!...thermostat talks to the rest of the unit to make things super efficient and cooling is incredible....hot office is no longer, and rest of house feels totally different. If you're looking for a great reliable company, well this is it...highly recommended

We purchased a cute farmhouse in Emory, TX that was serviced by three window units and a wood stove. Change was needed. After a lot of research, we opted to look for mini split systems. Cool Rescue was highly recommended to us so we called Brody. He responded quickly and showed up on time to provide an estimate. Based upon my research, his pricing for parts and labor were very fair. He returned promptly and installed all three independent units in one day! They function and look great. Brody provided professional and prompt service. We highly recommend Cool Rescue HVAC to anyone needing service in East Texas.

My unit is really old and quit working. I knew I could not afford a new one but Brody came out and got it going again for me. He was very nice and reasonable. When it comes time to have to replace, I will definitely be calling Brody! I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a/c work done. Shout out to his helper also, they were both great people

Brody, from Cool Rescue, did a great job in fixing my A/C problem. I had originally used another company to try and fix the problem (leak, and no freon) . They recharged my system, and told me that the leak was so small that it would take months to empty and in the meantime I could order another outside fin replacement. One day later, it had failed again, and this time I contacted Brody. He quickly found the leak (not in the fins, as told by the other company) and fixed it. Great job, and very professional. I would highly recommend Cool Rescue.

This was such a great company to work with. Very easy to get ahold of and they even came out the same day and fixed the problem. Brody is affordable and does quality work. I would recommend this company to anyone.
