CAUTION!!! THIS COMPANY WILL MILK YOU FOR ALL THE MONEY THEY CAN!

(They get one star for providing us a temporary A/C)

We requested service the first time and without verifying the problem was fixed, charged us $180.

I called for a verification because our Central Air was not working. They said it was the condenser which cost us another $2,500.

Then, we realized that the AC was overworked during the middle of the dog days and the EXCUSES I received were ridiculous. Not to mention he took my 2 week old filter without letting me personally inspect it then sent the picture to someone else. I requested they bring it back and I was told they would but never showed up.

The recommendation was to have our coil cleaned which they offered to do for another $350. I declined and decided to do the work myself just to find that the build up was not significant.

Had I said, "yes" they would have charged me for it which would not have fixed the problem and I realized these service persons are not professionals by definition. Had they diagnosed the problem correctly, they would have done the work right the first time.

The $2,500 was justified however, I believe it could have been diagnosed much easier and thoroughly the first time.

Don't waste your time with this company. Hire professionals with a better reputation.

Our AC went out so I called our insurance company, they contracted a company that was over booked so I called them back and they switched our contractor to S&M Air also know as Perfect Weatger Heating and Cooling. They sent someone out right away. Oscar came out and diagnosed the problem. Our unit needed a new compressor and Oscar was very informative about what would happen next and contacted the insurance company right away and got the ball rolling. It was a Friday and when I was told we’d have to wait till the part came in the friendly staff sent out someone with a portable unit. Before end of day I was told they’d be back Monday and sure enough Oscar was here first thing in the morning with the part and fixed our Ac. I appreciate the urgency this company has helping its clients. The knowledge and experience really shows and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you!

I rated this company 2 stars because the owner was very professional with me but the technician that serviced my heating unit did not inform me of the price of a part before he replaced the part. After he replaced the part that took about 2 minutes he told me that the part was $90.00 and the same part can be purchased anywhere from $7.75 to $275.00. It would have been nice to have been given the option to get the same part for $20.00. That 2 minute service call cost me $144.00 total. Thanks.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The lady, I’m assuming part owner was absolutely rude from the first phone call. Always had an air of indifference/attitude. Was very unprofessional/unresponsive in handling concerns after my home was left in worse condition than prior to their first visit. I had to get an additional air conditioning company to come out and fix the problem created by this company. I would never recommend them. Especially considering the lady you have to speak to on the phone. Not worth your time or money.

USER DISCRETION BE ADVISED. Military members please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Company did not inform of 90$ "diagnostic fee" that their technicians fail to inform/remind at time of service (that was not performed the first time) which makes you pay anyway when their done for services rendered. Owner's aggressive demeanor and lack of professionalism is appalling coming from a woman. I didn't even get an empathic apology for her staff's negligence. The invoice they provide does not show pricing, second time we did not pay their diagnostic fee because they didn't perform the first time. Third time tech fixed issue and receipt showed a substantial difference than to what was quoted. I'm sure it was to claim the diagnostic fee we chose not to pay for prior. This receipt did not show MILITARY DISCOUNT they claim to have given me which was how I account for the ''extra'' money that was tacked on to bill. I wasn't born yesterday. This company should be checked for fraud by the IRS. Maybe that would tone down the way Dane comes across. Believe it or not Dane not everyone charges a diagnostic fee. I'm only giving it 1 star because it ONLY took 3 days for them to fix what was wrong.
