Great customer service, quality work. Worked hard to meet our needs. My mother in law kept telling me how good the employees were. Robert the owner was exceptional, he have us all of the options and submitted bids for 5 different systems he could install.

I just had my refrigerated air serviced and repaired by this this fine company and I have to tell you that I an extremely pleased with the service I received. To begin with, they give you a courtesy call when they are on their way and they show up when they say they are are going to show up. The technician, Fernando, is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained to me in detail, what he was doing and what kind of repair it needed. While there, Robert, the owner also called to ensure he was there and followed up with me as he was ordering parts for the work to be finished. Overall, I would highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling services and installation of new units. I am confident they are ethical and demonstrate best practices for their business. My Trane HVAC went out on a Sunday. I called Dynamic Monday morning and they sent someone that morning. The young man came down checked my system and found the main unit somehow was detached from the electrical source. He fixed the issue promptly and took pictures and showed me what went wrong. The young man was courteous and informative. In fact from me calling Dynamic to getting the repairman, everyone was so nice. I will definitely use them again. I love good customer service and Dynamic’s is outstanding.

I have use Dynamic anytime I need maintenance or service on my HVAC system. The technicians are always professional and answer any questions I might have. Most recently Nick repaired my heater and was prompt, polite and professional. I felt obligated to inform Robert (owner) of the job Nick did and how professionally he represents the business.
