Delta T Heating & Cooling

Refrigerated air stopped working Saturday evening with temperatures in the 100's. Delta T was the only HVAC company that even answered my call past 5:00pm. Jesus came out early Sunday morning and got my unit working in under an hour. Walked around the house and even gave us a few energy saving tips. Very, very reasonable weekend rate. Great service, great company.

Unorganized and when they put my air conditioner didn’t bother letting me know of pump and didn’t change the pads. Said I told him not to, which doesn’t make sense why I would say not to, when I know it is needed. I mentioned and first said I needed a new pump then on the phone when I called of the matter said he come to my house and show me I don’t need one. So first I needed, then I don’t. Seems shady to me and paid for something that wasn’t done correctly. Been basically without air for a month. Had to call another company who did it right and finally enjoying nice cool air. Do not recommend these people.

The weather changed quickly, a hard freeze and snow was predicted. They were booked up for 2 weeks, but they were able to squeeze us in and turn on our heat the same day we called.

Had an excellent experience. He showed me what the problem was and how to fix it. Was not out for my money was out to help. Would recommend him and will call him for future jobs.
