B&G always does a great job doing some general furnace maintenance each year. We've got an old unit in the house, and we don't really wanna spend the money to replace it, so the B&G team always does what they can to keep it running good enough for us. Much thanks as always :)

great company to call for local repairs in the El Paso area. I had never had any issues with my HVAC system until last month when I thought that my heat pump was broken. The technician arrived in a timely manner and quickly fixed the problem, even though it was unrelated to the initial issue. I will be calling them again for any of my heating needs.

i called B & G with an emergency – my heater installation from another company got messed up, and they basically stiffed me, so I was in a frenzy when I called them. they came to my house that same day and calmed me down, fixed the problem and actually did it RIGHT. extremely thankful!

Although the price wasn't the bottom barrel cheapest, we felt glad to pay it for a job well done by a team of obvious experts, who took care and courtesy installing our heat pump. Cheers!

I was about to spend thousands of dollars on a new heating and cooling system for my house when I called B & G Mechanical Air Conditioning and Heating. They were able to fix my problems at a fraction of the cost, saving me thousands of dollars!

Guy finally came out on Saturday and put the wrong size pump on and now they won't even come back to put the correct size water pump in.

B&G has been a great company, I can always count on them for my house needs, they are always attentive, I love that they always talk to me and explain with honestly what is going on and what needs to be done to fix the problem before they do anything without my concern, they are real professionals. The techs here do high quality work. My furnace repair was done quickly. In and out. Bang bang. True experts.

I had a mini split system installed in my garage a year and a half ago. The guys that did the work did not know how to install this system properly, they were not knowledgeable at all on mini-splits. The work they did was messy leaving the copper tubing exposed. I had them come back to add refrigerant because it was not cooling properly, they came back another time for the same reason. The guy said there was a leak on one of the lines, and said he fixed it. Well two months later, my unit is no longer under warranty and my unit is low on refrigerant again. I had another company come in and add the refrigerant because I do not want B&G to make another cent off of me.
