For scheduling my service, I have spoken to Mike each time. Mike is extremely professional and always keeps in constant communication with me. He provides outstanding customer service. Twice I've needed help with my evap cooler. I contacted Michael V. and he sent their Technician Daniel as soon as he could. Daniel is so knowledgeable and he takes the time to explain to you what requires repairs and why. Their rates are reasonable and the service results is outstanding. I highly recommend this company.
