Exit.: Fuad contacted me shortly after I submitted my previous review on behalf of TempPro. They were concerned with my dissatisfaction and are doing everything possible to remedy the situation with my condenser coil fan blade and the noise after the new motor instal. After they reached out to me to schedule a follow up visit I feel compelled to adjust my previous review that I will leave attached to the bottom of this message. The VP of operations is making a trip to rectify any issue we may have. I can’t name a company that would go to this extent to satisfy a disgruntled customer. Kudos on excellent CS. I will recommend this company and contact them with any issues in the future. 2/27/2020.
The service was timely and tech arrived inside the appointment window. The fan motor was replaced but there is a considerable amount of noise coming from the new electric motor. In my opinion a new electric motor should be quite. I don’t expect the motor to last long but hopefully I will be proved wrong.
I notified the tech that there was a fan blade with a crack. Daniel, the tech said it was a scratch. Once again- I’m not a professional but... He also told me home warranty companies only want to address the immediate issue. Not issues that “may” occur. He may be referring to the fact that he should get two service call charges since they are different issues.
Typical mediocre service for these days. They are very friendly and timely. Hope this helps.

On time. Knowledgeable, did every thing they could to fix our AC. Choice Home Warranty Co. was the only reason it wasn’t fixed. They even tried submitting a 2nd bid to try getting it fixed for us. Could not get it approved. They even called several times to check with me. Very satisfied with the men Temp Pro sent out. I would recommend them anytime.

The AC technician is very courteous, professional and friendly. He is very experience and knowledgeable in his field. He was able to locate the root cause, take picture to show the problems. I would highly recommend the company.

I scheduled a routine maintenance checkup on my HVAC unit and the technician Daniel did a quick and efficient job, thankfully my unit is running well. Also I am very happy with my quote when compared to other companies I have used prior.

Our tech Daniel was wonderful. He did a very thorough job of servicing our furnace and cleaning our electronic air filters.

Daniel was professional, on-time and efficient with his diagnosis of our ac problem. He explained what he had found and made the repair quickly.

I called the company and they came out the same day , after discovering what the issue was and servicing it . The tech fixed the problem . He was very courteous and he took the time to answer all of our questions. Will highly recommend him !

Driver was driving recklessly on the George Bush toll road going 10 miles over the speed limit and almost forced my car into traffic cones by trying to speed past me in a merging lane. I have the license plate of this Ford Transit and the event happened at 2:45 on 9/22.
