Dripping Springs A/C & Appliance

Perry has been our A/C repair man for many years. Our A/C unit is 23 years old, and he has helped us maintain it at an affordable price, and has replaced our coils so we can put off replacing the A/C a little longer. It is working well! Perry has always been able to come soon after we call, and usually within a few hours. I highly recommend Perry!

Perry installed a mini split unit to an upstairs add on in 2012. In 2017, we discovered that the heat would no longer come on. We left 3 messages with Perry explaining the situation and requesting a service call. NONE of the messages were ever returned. We certainly understand that people get busy, but not to return numerous phone calls is completely unprofessional and therefore do not recommend this business.

I have used Perry for many years. He installed my HVAC when my house was built and for the few maintenance issues I've had, he has fixed everything perfectly and inexpensively. He also does excellent work on my washer and dryer. I would not use anyone else!

I called today to schedule an appt for my A/C to be repaired. I rushed home from working out of town to meet the repair guy at 7pm. No one showed up and there is no answer at the phone number provided even though the hours listed online state they are open until 9pm. Being middle of summer, the temperature is very uncomfortable inside the house and at minimum, I would expect to be able to get a hold of someone over the phone to understand where the mixup happened. I've contacted another company who was very appreciative for the business.
