Derek came out to troubleshoot a smart thermostat that didn't have power. He quickly determined there was a safety latch that was disengaging to protect the system, but spent hours trying to determine the root cause and finally found the inside ducting sucked flat inside the insulated duct which was preventing discharge air flow and causing the safety trip. He got me temporarily set up until Eric and John could come back the next day and do a permanent duct replacement. They were all very courteous and professional and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

This business gets customer service! My heater went out 1/31and a friend recommended Daryl's A/C & Heating. So I called; between Shelby in the office and Derick iin the field, I was pleased and impressed that they took care of the issue the same day. No surprises! I was informed upfront of all costs and time estimated. A very professional staff.

Derik was on time and very professional when working on our AC unit. He spoke to us about each thing he did to make sure our unit was working properly. In Dec. 2022 right before there was supposed to be a big freeze, we realized our heater wasn't working! It was a Sunday and we were worried about getting anyone out to help us in time before the freeze. Daryl's had our back and Derick took care of our repair problem efficiently, courteously, and made sure we knew we could call back if we had any other issues.

Today I'm having a different, unrelated issue that I thought might be our AC drain line. Talking to Shelby on the phone helped me decide between calling a plumber or asking for Derick to come back out. When I'm out of my depth and googling home maintenance blogs can only get me so far, it's great to be able to call a professional who can say, "Try X first and call us back if you have problems or that doesn't work."

Derek was very thorough. Found issue that had been missed or ignored by other HVAC service companies and documented everything with photos. We'd been having A/C drain issues and room balance problems for years and Derek figured them out. Very pleased with their professionalism.

I called this business at 7 this morning to hopefully have them come out and troubleshoot my AC system. The young lady who took my call said they would have somebody out between 8 and 10 this morning. The technician who arrived his name was Derik called before he arrived around 8:30. Very courteous and professional, Derik quickly found the problem which was a blown capacitor. He replaced it within 30 minutes. So glad I called Daryl's AC Heating and Home Services to take care of this for me. I will definitely call them again for any other issues I may have down the line and would totally recommend them to anyone who's looking for a honest, professional AC repair service.
