Brandon was very through and explained what he was doing as he was servicing our a/c. he was courteous and respectful. made sure everything was clean before he left. definitely would recommend him to service your a/c.

If you are going to use these people make sure you find out the cost before they do any work.. They came out and check the air conditioner. He fixed it which was a clogged drain pan and it was low on Freon.I thought I was looking at maybe three or four hundred dollars . Well I was wrong. I was charged nine hundred.I called and talked with the man who did it and was told that was the going rate. I said 600.00 for 12lbs of Freon is high. But my main complaint was he never told use that it was going to be 600.00 for Freon, knowing that we were replacing one in the downstairs. So why pay that kind of money for two or three days.We had someone else do the other two units. So just beware ask before you have them do any work or you may be in for a big surprise.

Brandon came in and got right to work! He explained the problems with the unit very well and had pictures to support his information. Very professional and answered questions completely. Glad I called Bosworth!

Our air conditioning went out on a record setting hot day in Galveston, TX. Called Bosworth Air Conditioning at 3:00 pm. They sent a tech out and to my surprise, by 5:30 on the same day - AC was fixed!!!! Job well done. Couldn't have been happier!

The technician came out found the problem and said the unit was froze up had to let unit thaw out and then they cleaned out out the coils. They came out promptly both men were courteous and very professional would recommend this company to anyone.!!!

I highly recommend Bosworth’s. They are very good people, friendly and courteous. I have never been disappointed with them, their service or technicians. I am on their annual maintenance service agreement which gives you 2 visits per year. 👍🥇☝️

Brandon was efficient, on time, and quickly tracked down the problem. He explained everything as he went along. I will definitely use Bosworth again, and Brandon is a big reason for this.

Prompt arrival, and the text with the technician's photo is super helpful. Brandon was quick to get to work, excellent at communicating and patient with questions.
