This company is terrible, they doubled charged for the service call, put sealant in the air conditioner that was useless and lied about it. They said we requested a lower cost versus a higher cost sealant so there was no warranty. They said that if we had used the higher price sealant there then there would be a warranty, they then said it was too late to use the higher price sealant and the only thing we could do is replace the a/c unit. They would not take a check so we had to go to the bank and get the cash. We hired a reputable company that said the sealant was useless and that the leak was so bad that there was no sealant made that could fix the leak. They then fixed the unit at a fraction of the cost that Limitless was going to charge for a new unit. Basically we threw away $700.
Trey deserves 5 stars, I gave it 1 star because the receptionist or whoever that answers the phones seldom answered, I left countless voicemails for a return call, never happened. I filed a claim through my home warranty first, they were awful as well! Lack of communication with each other I guess. I filed the claim June 5 2020. I finally called the other number on the web sight July 12th and Trey answered and I had my new unit 3 days later! He’s awesome and so was his helper! Call Trey!
