Awesome AC company. My father has used them for close to thirty years. So when my ac went down I gave them a call. Kevin came out that day and tried to get the system going. Unfortunately it was shot. I expected to be living in a hot house for a few days. Kevin made a few calls and they were able to come the next day and install a new unit. They were professional and timely. Highly recommend.

Super fast and friendly service and very thorough! Within 1 hour of me calling, Kevin finished up with his other job, drove 20 minutes and completed all work on my A/C unit. Thankfully it was just a small part that went out, but I had A/C blowing in no time. He also cleaned everything out and made sure every part of the system inside, in the attic and outside was in proper order (I'm so sorry you had to go into my oven of an attic). I will use them again.

Been doing business with these guys for many years, before they were called Reds. They saved me many thousands of dollars after Milestone Electric recommended I replace both of my AC units for $20,000. Red came and said there was nothing wrong with my units. That was five years ago, and they're both still running perfectly. Super honest, super professional, and super good at their jobs.

An edit now. Nearly 10 years running on the two units that Milestone said were shot. Red continues to service them very reasonably. Do NOT go to one of these huge electrician outfits.

They were 5 hours late. Then they diagnosed the unit for 3 hours and still couldn't fix the problem so they left. I actually had to call a qualified AC company to come out and fix it and it took them only 10 minutes. It was a simple broken wire from my weed eater.

Checked ac at 11am and told us it needed to be replaced.
We had a new AC at 3pm.

I’d like to start off by saying I did not use their services. The gentleman that I spoke to on the phone regarding a situation where my cat was stuck in attic was very friendly and nice. He helped me out a lot even though he did not have to and even gave me suggestions on who might be able to help me. Even though I wasn’t a customer I think Red’s just won me over with their great customer service on a Saturday night. Thank you again.

Our air conditioning went out on a very hot and humid Sunday afternoon. By Monday morning it was getting almost unbearable. I called at 7:30 AM and the technician said he would be at my home in 5 minutes. And he was! Got my unit up and running with a temporary fix while he chased down the part and returned a short while later to complete the fix. Awesome response and service. Recommend them highly.

Comes out asap every time I call. He visits us once a year maybe because our AC is always clogging and shutting the thermostat off. Comes quickly and fixes the issue. Reminds me of a military grandpa- always gives me advice on how to prevent the clogging. But I'm not very good with ac's
