Ok these guys are here to help. The guy behind the counter is very knowledgeable and did not try to get me to buy a bunch of stuff I did not need. Would definitely recommend this place. Excellent customer service thank you guys for getting me back on line.

Terrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. My husband just left there and said they won't even let anyone walk into the store. Customers are instructed to call the store as they're standing outside the door to let the worker know what you need. So if you have any questions, you're out of luck because he doesn't want to be bothered with you. Instead, he's in there talking away to a friend of his while people are waiting for service. Take your business instead to Johnstone Supply for your HVAC needs. They were very professional, courteous and willing to help. The only reason they get one star is because I cannot post this without.

I've used Coastal for years as a homeowner (I'm not an contractor). Scott and his staff are very friendly and knowledgable and the prices are on par. They are great at helping you to trouble shoot your problem and get you what you need to get your system back up and running with out trying to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. Its also a big plus that they are open a half day on Saturday. I recommend them without hesitation any time a friend is having issues with thier HVAC system.

After watching YouTube, I figured I could fix my fan motor and capacitor myself. I visited the guys at Coastal HVAC Supply and they fixed me right up. He spent the time to show me what was in the box and which wires go where. And for $101, it was a heck of a lot cheaper than the $500 plus cost from the A/C repairman. Forty-five minutes later, my house was cool again. I also buy my filters from these guys.

Purchased an electrical item. Did not use it or even take it out of the packaging and they refused to refund it when I returned it. I will never do business with them again. Nor will I do business with a/c techs that buy their supplies from them.
