Grover Heat & Air Conditioning

I scheduled for this company between 8-12 for an HVAC repair. Not only did the tech not show up, I never received a call that they were not coming.
I called the scheduler no less than 5 times and they assured me that they would have a supervisor call me back. After not receiving a call back from the supervisor, I finally got the scheduler to tell me that a tech was not coming because I did not subscribe to their membership plan. Complete waste of time

Great company. Very fast service, the technician was spot on accurate with his diagnosis. He worked with our electrician on site to fix some other issues without us even asking. He was also extremely helpful with some advice and questions. Everyone was very professional, personable, and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

Eugene showed up in a timely manner on a late Thursday evening and got my ac back up and running. He also gave me a good assessment of the problem and explained it in ways I could understand. He was friendly and courteous. I highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Grover Heat & Air Conditioning. We called them in the middle of a heat wave and they had a technician out to us the next day. The technician was on-time, courteous and quick. He diagnosed the problem in a few minutes, fixed it on the spot, and made recommendations for future maintenance of our system. Also, the employee who answered the phone and scheduled the visit was very courteous and helpful. All in all, we are extremely satisfied and will use them in the future for any heating and AC problems.
