AHS assigned this company on Sunday (filed service request online), when my thermostat display went blank. Circuit breaker had not tripped. Called the company's 972 number on Monday a few times and left VMs. No-one called me back. So I called AHS and requested them to call Air Rescue and ask them to come on Monday itself, but they did not have any open slots, but since I had only 1 unit & senior citizens in my home and temperature was in 90s, the company owner told AHS that he will send a tech first thing Tues Morning. Kevin called me in an hour after I hung up the phone with AHS, and he promised me he will show up btw 8-11 on Tues. I got a call at 9AM Tues and he said he was 15 min away. He was professional, friendly, and went to the attic and drained water from kill switch, and thermostat came back alive! Then he went outside and checked the freon pressure on my condensor unit, and that was fine as well. he also explained to me that the since the AC was emptying into the mastertoilet sink, I had to make sure no clogs there, and advised me to pour down Draino and I did that. He then measured the temperature at the vents and it was 67F, and I was happy. He also said there was a 60 day warranty. Kevin told me they are a small company and Mondays are super busy hence they could not call me back.

Thermostat went dead in 5 hours, and I called back Kevin and he said was busy and he can come back tomorrow. I texted him multiple times , atleast asking him how to turn on thermostat after emptying water from kill switch, and he did not respond back. Then I called Reliant Air-conditioning who came in at 6:30PM and Eddie taught me how to remove kill switch and suck water from the pipe, and then he cut the line and kept blowing pressurized nitrogen into the primary and we heard a pop sound, looks like all the hard water deposits came out of the sink in my bathroom. So Kevin from Air Rescue Mechanical had done a half baked job in the morning.

Home Warranty is a total BS and the companies they contract with are also BS
