Had them come to maintenance our AC units. After their service I noticed the AC fan running constantly. It has never done that until it was cleaned. We got busy and didn’t get a chance to call and schedule an appointment right away. So after a couple months we call and have them come look at the unit. They quoted us $600 for a new control board. I didn’t blame them for the issue but admitted it was weird timing. I spoke with the owner, David, who denied any wrong doing. Which is fine because I can’t say it was 100% their fault. So this review isn’t just about their service. David decides to text me an hour after saying he declines working on our equipment because he feels he will be “blamed” either way. I wouldn’t use this company if it was the only one around. David, don’t text people that don’t ask for it.

I will ALWAYS use these guys in the future. A previous specialist came out and was completely lost. After sinking a few hundred dollars into his work, I was no better off. Grimes and Galan answered my call, came out to see me a couple hours later, and were very swift in fixing my issues. And even though home warranty didn’t cover my repairs, they did it for a great price, about 60% of the cost of a similar service at another local hvac specialist.

Excellent service. I called late on a VERY hot evening when my AC completely gave up the ghost and they were here first thing the next morning and got the old unit running until a new one could be ordered.

I've engaged Mr. Grimes' services twice now, and both times he was professional, quick to schedule me in (I mean, within an hour of the call), and not only fixed the problem but looked out for me. The first call--about a year ago--was after engaging a more well-known company. After several rounds with them, I called Mr. Grimes. He not only fixed the problem they couldn't (and in a timely way), but he also informed me that the parts they had replaced had been warrantied and they shouldn't have charged me for them in the first place. Dennis was quick, extremely knowledgeable, and fixed my AC at a reasonable price. We'd been having problems with it shutting off randomly for years and have called multiple people out. Dennis was the only one who started looking at the electrical components in the house. A couple of hours later, our AC was working perfectly. Thank you!

We were moving our daughter into our mobile home to start college and when we got there, the AC did not work. Dennis was able to come look at it 2 Hrs after I called. He found the problem and let me know he could fix the old unit, but since the unit was so old and worn out it should be replaced. He gave me a good deal, so we decided to replace the system with a new more efficient system. He had it replaced by that afternoon. He came back the next day to make sure everything was still good. Very honest and reliable service, Highly recommended.
