Aire Serv of Aggieland was exactly what we needed and expected for our dryer vent cleaning and A/C system checkup! The service call setup with Amber was pleasant and and professional, and the technicians arrived right on time. The company communicated the status of the tech’s arrival and we were totally prepared.The entire staff were communicative, professional, thorough, timely and the technician, Chandler Coffman was the perfect blend of excellent tech and super customer service. Chandler and his trainee Blaze took pictures and updated us every step of the way as they thoroughly cleaned our dryer vent and performed a service checkup on our existing HVAC system. They also wore protective booties to enter our home, and cleaned the areas thoroughly when they finished. Chandler offered advice on what he felt are the next steps we should consider, and at NO time did he attempt to “up sell” us (for which I was extremely grateful, as it would have turned me off immediately and completely). The invoice was exactly as I was quoted for the service, and checkout and the followup receipt and link to the details of the service were exactly as promised. I highly recommend Aire Serv of Aggieland!

We have lived in CS for 17 yrs and have used many HVAC companies and Aire Serv has been the best. Not sure why it took so long for us to find them. Nick was our tech and he was professional and very knowledgeable. He caught things that 3 other techs from other companies did not, and I appreciate his thoroughness and patience. He was here after hours and did not rush. The receipt and explanation of work and recommended work is very detailed, unlike other companies that use shirt sentences or one word for descriptions. Highly recommend Nick and Aire Serv.

First time getting a service call for this company. The HVAC tech, Ethan Gee, was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous (he brought his own rug to put at my front door to wipe his shoes! Awesome!), and personable. He did an excellent job of explaining the issue, the repair and associated costs, and quickly resolved the A/C problem. He even "shot down" wasps I didn't know were on my house. Definitely went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Ethan and Aire Serv to anyone.

Everyone at Aire Serv of Aggieland has given top-notch service in a sudden great time of need. I've posted this before on another review site but also want to share it here - the staff are very responsive and detail-oriented over the phone, and the AC technicians take a lot of pride in their work. Even towards the end of the day, Nick worked tirelessly to make sure the new set up was working perfectly with the new electric done by another company.

During our 104 degree-plus daily temperatures in July our neighbor, an elderly man who is an amputee, badly needed help with getting his AC overhauled, replaced, and up to code - they made it very easy for us to help him with that experience and supplied him with a good window unit until the parts came in. We were able to keep close contact with Aire Serv to help my neighbor and we are forever grateful. Highly recommend, very good people here!

Aire Serv of Aggieland has been fantastic in providing excellent service! Melissa B. came to our house gave us our options on replacing our hvac, helped us make an informed decision and was competitive with their pricing. Ethan the hvac tech did an excellent job installing and answered any and all questions. He was prompt and very careful about going in and out of our house as they did the install.

Both of the technicians were very polite, on time, and professional. We had other workers in our property at the same time, and they all synced their tasks to allow each other to finish their corresponding job without getting in each other's way.

I reached out at 11 o'clock on a Saturday about our air conditioner not working. Michael showed up and was extremely professional and on time. Very responsive. He immediately was able to diagnose the issue and did a complete diagnostics on the unit. Due to it being on a Saturday there was a emergency charge which I understood and they made me very aware of before they came out. He was very thorough on his diagnostics. He educated me on each step of the problem as well as what he sees possibly happening in the future. Even though I have 20 year old units, he did not try to sell me a unit. He said we will need one soon due to the coils not being separated and the age of the unit. I highly recommend them. Michael was an excellent technician. He came out on a Saturday which was amazing
