    Colby and Jason did a great job replacing my electrical panel. They are very thorough and professional and have given me peace of mind knowing that my home electrical system is up to date and safe. I have used GWM for several electrical jobs and they also do my HVAC maintenance. Would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

    Donnie was EARLY! They said 3pm but he called and asked if he could arrive early and I said of course. He was able to fix our problem quickly and the first time. Super good Godly man.

    Jason and Colby worked on a Gfci outlet that wasn't working and within a few minutes they were able to correct the problem and it is working again.

    I called GWM on Wednesday morning requesting help with electrical panel. Part of our house had power but the rest was dead. After calling the power company and them sending a crew out. They informed me that the main breaker in our panel was bad. After GWM arrived they quickly reviewed the information the power company had gave me. They determined that the main breaker was not a fault and that we had lost one leg of the electrical supply. I called and got the power company back to our house . They disconnected the power and removed the meter. It was discover that the wire from the power feed on our side of the meter was loose and not making contact as it should.GWM tech discovered that the wire was burnt and needed to be replaced. They didn’t have wire with them so they had to leave to get the wire. After they left the power company informed me that they had to be notified by 1 pm to get the power cut back on today. It was 11.30am at that time. When the tech arrived back to our house at 12.15. I informed them on what the power company had told me. The tech said no problem we will get it done. At 12.50 they called the power company and told them they were ready for power. While waiting for the power company . I talked with them about replacing the ac unit. They told me that there company also did that work also. They went the extra mile and even set us up with a appointment to get a quote to replace our ac until. Unknown to us. When the power company restored the electricity. Our ac unit did not work. They sent a tech out and he determined the compression was bad. He spent a good 1.5 hours giving us quotes for ac units they could proved us. He was very knowledgeable about their Products and made us feel comfortable with the decision we made. In closing I have nothing but high praise for GWM from the office staff to the techs that did the work for us. I am bad with names but I hope GWM will pass along my praises for the work they done.

    Great atmosphere!! The drive and teamwork and overall momentum at George Wayne is unmatched. Professionals who truly have customer service and quality control as a standard for everyday applications. Not only do I enjoy working at this company but I enjoy every single project and every costumer. I give this a 5 star but it's definitely a 10 in my book.

    We called the week of July 4-9 and asked for an appt for someone to come look at my mother in laws house and Colby made an appt with my husband for Friday July 15th for an arrival window of 10am-12pm. He arranged his day to be there with his mother for her appt and those hours passed and nobody showed up and nobody called. My husband called the number that was given in the confirmation text the day before and the lady said oh well he “could” be there by maybe 2. He’s running behind. Again, we called them, they certainly didn’t let us know that. So in the mean time I called and asked for a better or more certain arrival time and the lady who answered said well I would have to call your technician Matt to ask him. I said well please call him then. She took my number, called Matt and he said “maybe” 3-4 pm. So again the time was going to change and nobody had called. I asked the lady of this was the way this company tended to do business. Do you just not show up in your arrival window and don’t give the customer the respect of a phone call? So we canceled the appt and luckily went with a company who came out within the hour. I wouldn’t recommend this place to an enemy.

    Don McCoy of GWM arrived when scheduled, completed the work in a timely matter. They connected our standby generator and automatic transfer switch. They tested everything and left the work area neat. We are more than pleased with the work. Thank you
