The tech who worked on our AC unit was prompt, communicative and willing to answer all of my questions!
Turbo did a great job getting a tech out to us same day late in the evening when our air conditioner stopped working. The tech did not have the motor we needed, but said we would hear from them the next day regarding the price of the motor once one was located.
The tech was able to locate the motor, and drove all the way to Killeen and back to get the motor for us… which was awesome.
By the end of the repairs, I was told the total price. I requested a invoice with the cost of the part, labor, taxes etc… and was told that Turbo did not provide such a receipt. I was given a receipt that only had a total price.
Typically when repairs are done, the company will provide a line by line invoice with the breakdown of what everything cost.
The fact that the tech refused to tell us made it seem like they were hiding something from us or that we were getting charged way too much… which ended up being the case.
The tech eventually told us the price of the motor, and I soon realized that I had paid almost 1600 dollars for just three hours of labor…
Beware of this before booking this company! Otherwise, our AC is back to working great!

My air conditioner presented different failures for several days and I did not know what to do. Many people began to recommend Turbo and I was researching about them, seeing their reviews until I decided to call them.
We scheduled the appointment, the technician was at my house checking and found that the condenser was damaged and if it continued like that would cost us more expensive damage.
It was an excellent service, they were attentive to anything new, everything was on time and I would definitely go back to them.

Good service. I was looking for almost 1 month for a good place that could send a technician to install a new Air conditioner in my house. I called several places and none convinced me, until I found you and decided that you would be the best option for that job. The technician gave me several recommendations to take care of the air and was very kind. Recommended.

We are incredibly happy with this purchase! We have an HVAC system, but it has never been properly ventilated into our bedroom. The rest of the house feels fine, but that doesn't help us when we try to sleep. A friend gave us an older unit to try, and it worked fine, but was noisy and not energy efficient. It ended up breaking down within about a month. That's when we decided to just buy a brand new one. This unit has been worth every penny! It's quiet, energy efficient, works fantastically, and is easy to use. Definitely recommend this product.

I am so Extremely Happy with the air conditioning unit! It works like a charm! From one end of the house to the other is nice and cool. The installation and programming are so easy. I misplaced the instruction book but found it online which is fantastic! It is one of the best decisions I have made and the price is right too!

I am very happy with this purchase! . I bought this because my previous Air conditioning unit was showing signs of giving up. I reached out to turbo and the tech installed it very easily and quickly, its configuration is very simple. It cools multiple rooms almost instantly and is very quiet with no noisy or rattling fans. Highly recommended. I am very happy with the work they did, I had a problem of overheating in my air conditioner by clogging of the ducts and the company Turbo visited me to make the diagnosis, all the service was super well, the attention is excellent and explained step by step everything that was happening with my unit. My heater was blowing cold, and an arctic blast was going to hit in 2 days. I called them at 9:30 am, and scheduled a service call. They said they would arrive the same day between 2pm and 5 pm. I made sure to be home between 2pm and 5pm. No one ever showed up, and I have to leave town tomorrow. I called them at 5 pm to ask them what happened. They said they don't have any technicians in Cedar Park. Their ad appears to be a Cedar Park company, but they are based in Houston?? I asked when they would arrive, and Selena told me they would not be coming to my home. They were canceling. What a huge waste of time. Very unprofessional.

excellent turbo service. Thanks to them I was able to fix the pipe to my new house, yesterday I had to hire a turbo to check my new house, because there was a horrible smell coming from the pipe. Carlos arrived, checked everything very effectively and changed it. turbo improved our lives, thanks.

The best service I have hired!! My air conditioner had an overload that caused damage, so I called Turbo Plumbing and they came to the appointment on time, they explained the procedure they would do and in a short time my air conditioner is like new. Totally grateful to this place, I recommend it!!
