January 2023.UPDATE James and team handled a replacement of my HVAC unit and they did a fantastic job. The communication was clear and consistent throughout the experience. The work was great, fast, and affordable. I'm very happy with the result.

July 2022. James knocked it out of the park. My AC broke in the middle of July and he was able to identify the problem and replace my motor with <24 hours notice. 10/10 would hire again.

Jim was super busy, and still took time to come out and try to make us comfortable until he can come back out and give us a proper estimate! He is super knowledgeable and respectful. Thank you treating us like you would like to be treated!

This is who you call when you want the best possible quality and service. He had been recommended to me from a client when we were in dire need of assistance because our thermostat went out at the beginning of the first super cold night of the season. He came out on the weekend without skipping a beat. He got us going immediately and was truly kind and fair. Because of that , we trusted him with the big purchase of a new heater. We had been told by the inspector the flame was the wrong color and it was dangerous. Same information from James when he was evaluating our heater problem. We requested a quote and he got us taken care of in about 3 days. The cost was super reasonable and the work was excellent.

You can't overestimate being confident in the people you choose with such an important purchase decision. We will definitely continue to reach out to James for our system maintenance and if need be, replacement of our heating and HVAC systems.
