Awesome team and great company! Very professional! Hector and his team came and finished interior and exterior unit same day with phenomenal job! It was outstanding, nice friendly and honest! I especially thanks to Hector and Samuel all his work had been done for me! Plus during that time we renovate our house they work very clean and organize they did not damage while they bring in the unit in house. I definitely recommend everyone. Plus they came after couple days to check and ensure everything works as suppose to. Final and most important part they are very affortable!

Update: Issue was resolved. New employee Jonathan is the best and will hopefully be the guy to help Hector out. Thank you! After recent updates: Now I have to change my review as we can't count on them anymore. They were good but now I can't count on them anymore especially having a worker not knowing what they are even doing. They promise to come but each time they are a no show and no response. Why Hector, why? :( So sad.

I recently hired Safe Air to address a problem with my home A/C System. Hector was highly proficient and most pleasant to deal with. He fixed the problem and ended up saving me substantial money. A short time later Hector called to make sure the system was working properly. Talk about excellent service, Hector exemplifies what every air-conditioning service company should strive to deliver. Awesome company! Out same day. Nice, friendly, and honest. They could have very easily tried to up-sell, but they didn't at all. Made sure my AC was up and running properly, showed me and explained exactly what they problem was and fixed that day. Honest, affordable! And I will absolutely use Safe Air again and refer to friends!

Hector is very helpful and the price quotation is very detail. After comparing the quotes from 6 companies, we decide to go with Trane and Safe Air Conditioning. I also got quotes from another two Trane authorized dealers, but their price all around $11k ~$13K. Hector was able to quote me below $10K with the same Trane system. Since Safe Air Conditioning also doing the commercial AC system, we trust their ability to do the residential as well. We recommended Hector and Safe Air Conditioning.

Hector and his team are great. They are very professional and communicate well at each step of the process. They have serviced our units for heat and A/C issues, and have always exceeded expectations. It’s no fun to need home service, but it does feel good to get an honest team to take care of you in your moments of need.

I bought an A/C a few years ago from him and had great service experienced.
A few days ago I had a problem with A/C, and I thought it was capacitor problems. I called him really late at night and he answered all my questions and gave me a replacement capacitor. I replaced the capacitor and that didn't fix it. I called again and he guided me to find the problem and was able to fix it. He is such a professional and took the time to help out! We really appreciate the service and are thankful that he was able to help out on such short notice.

My A/C went out the night before and I called several companies and Safe Air had some availability and one of the most reasonable pricing. Hector came in the afternoon and fixed the issue (dead capacitor). He was friendly and explained everything well. He didn't try to upsell like crazy like the other company I hired the year before. Highly recommend!
