The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. This was my first experience with Dring (former Kleen Air customer). I was pleased with Colby's thorough inspection and professionalism.

My experience with this company has been above and beyond any other. Frantz was amazing to deal with. I highly recommend him for your ac needs.

Telephone solicitation from Clean Air/Dring A.C. and Heating on
4/272023. I was quoted a system check and condenser cleaning for "Special Rate"of $70.00. Polite technician. Showed me a photo of a coil leak. Said system was marginal and wanted to call in a "closer" (senior techincian) to further discuss replacing my working system. I declined. the technician insisted. I declined.

On departure the bill was over $ 140.00. It seems that the 'special' was the un-disclosed charge of $ 70.00 PER UNIT.
And an un-desclosed 'trip charge'.

So if you want to pay double, be misled, and be the victim
of pressure tactics DRING A.C. are the ones for you. I will
not recommend, nor ever use these guys again.

Kenneth Lewis did an excellent job of checking the ac system for the upcoming summer. He was able to get a good discount on an upgrade to the system.

Alfredo arrived timely and performed complete system maintenance on my units. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did a wonderful job.

I would love to have a way to give not a 1 star but a WARNING to the people that are about to engage in business with Dring Air Conditioning & Heating.
My first bad experience was during the sale of their equipment. This was an abusive and disrespectful salesperson that scheduled the work after hours for the following day at 8 am without even giving me the opportunity to review and sign the sales contract. I was in no hurry or need to replace the system I had, all I was looking for was to put insulation in my attic, which they didn't even do for me. That should have been the first sign that I didn't need to do business with this company. I didn't think that a salesperson would dictate the unethical and poor quality of their work.

Since January 2022 I'd been having issue after issue with the installation of the overpriced equipment that was sold to me. It's been now a year that I've had to deal with the inefficiency and lack of care of their workmanship. And to this date Dring Air Conditioning & Heating has not completed what was sold to me and has not done anything but patch up what the technician before him didn't complete.

I have not been able to enjoy or to see the promised savings from the thousands of dollars that I've invested and paid to this company. I have holes in my ceiling in the area from where they worked in my attic. Now I have to spend my money to repair this damage caused by the people that worked in my attic for one entire year that they've been in and out of my attic. This was supposed to be part of the "home improvement" investment that I thought I was doing when I engaged with this company. I have so much more that I would love to say, but I know your time is precious.

I found the crew from Dring to be very professional. They arrived on time, were courteous and went to work promptly (Entire HVAC system including Ductwork). After install of the system, we noticed a slight rattle and tone coming from the ductwork. A simple call to the office got the crew back a few days later. They quickly tweaked the system removing both the rattle and the tone. I couldn't be more pleased! Well done Alex!
