I see this company gets high reviews, but unfortunately this is not one of them. I started having "Flame Rollout" issues last year, 2021 I researched causes and there are three, gas pressure, cracked heat exchanger and blocked flue. First tech came out Dec 2021 and didn't check any of these. Continued to have issues in 2022/23 causing me to have reset furnace multiple times a day. Next tech they sent Dec 2022 showed up telling me he didn't bring all his tools and wasted the trip. Third tech finally shows up in Feb 2023 showed up weeks later and didn't bring his gas tester either. He still couldn't find cause. Finally called a different company out of Lindale and this tech checked everything, still couldn't find cause, BUT he went back to work and called the manufacturer tech center who told him the sensors had been re-speced to new temperatures. He brought the correct sensors , installed and all is well. Tried to talk to H&Ms owner, Michael, but he would never return my calls. The receptionist, scheduler is very pleasant. Recommend you look elsewhere.

I am new to the area and didn't know any hvac places around here so I was able to find this place online. The tech that came out was so kind and caring, he knew exactly what to do and found the problem quickly. He had the parts on his truck and fixed it quickly. The office allowed me to make payments which meant a lot to me and helped me. I 100% would recommend this place! Thank you!

Going by reviews, I thought I'd found a good company to use for all of my HVAC repairs well based on my experiences with them I was very wrong. Call on the weekend of the 4th of July no call back till the 5th, they come out and tell me my A/C drain is stopped up, they blow it out, weeks later notice hardwoods buckling call back they set appointment, and still haven't call or shown up and they charged 190.00 dollars to blow air through the drain. When blowing the drain out, they blew the pvc pipe apart causing the leak. I guess I'll keep looking for a good A/C guy. All it would take is good communication!!!

This company is absolutely wonderful, I haven’t dealt with a more knowledgeable person in their field more than Michael McSchooler. It’s a breath of fresh air when you find a company with the amount of expertise and icing on the cake is the fair value of their work. Personally I had an entire HVAC unit installed and I couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks M&M!

Two no calls and no shows. Always had an excuse why they couldn’t make it to my house. Finally had to call another company that would show up. Had an appointment both days. Would not recommend using this company.

A few years ago, I lived in a 60+ year old house that had never had central air or heat...just space heaters and window units. M&M installed everything to heat and cool our home...all the ducts and vents, the AC/heating unit, the whole system. A very professional job, and a reasonable price! I can highly recommend these good people.

I can’t say anything but nice things about M&M! From the friendly office staff, to the professional and knowledgeable technicians, this business is overall fantastic! My air conditioning wasn’t cooling my house, and one of the technicians was able to get to my house quickly and got the problem fixed! 10/10 recommend M&M!!!!

We had to replace our ac unit AND add one over the last 3 days. This was a huge ordeal as our furnace was a 1994. We needed a custom piece built, extra copper, it was raining, etc...but it did NOT slow them down!

Y'all, this is hands down the most professional and respectful company. Am I biased? YES! 🤣🤷‍♀️ BUT truth is truth! Their quality work speaks for itself! Every single worker that came out was respectful and worked hard regardless the hurdles. Don't think twice about calling them! You'll thank me!

On 7/16/2016, M&M came out to perform a repair on my a/c. They only checked the outside unit and added 2lbs of freon, charged me $298 and declared my system fixed. I called back multiple times that day to inform them that the system was not cooling as it should. They didn't come out. I ended up having a competitor come out and after they did a full inside & outside cooling system inspection, they determined the compressor switch wasn't working, replaced it, and fixed the problem. I called M&M back and informed them I had to use a competitor to fix the problem. They offered to 'tear up my check'. I told them that wouldn't be fair so I offered to split the bill with them. They ended up cashing my check anyway. After talking with the competitor company, I felt M&M overcharged me for their service and then they didn't come through on their promise to tear up my check. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. If you've had luck with them in the past, please know the former owner sold the company and they're under new management so beware if you decide to proceed with them.

Asked for a quote to evac & activate a 3 zone split system I installed... manufacturer said $75-100 per zone is "reasonable"... M & M quoted $638 + materials to do the job... I asked if that was the price because I didn't have them install the equipment- was told that's normal price... I refused, and found another company that did the job for $250... yes, certified company and provided invoice I needed to keep warranty on system. They may be good at their job, but they're pricey for sure...
