Caprock Heat & Air

Caprock can be hard to get a hold of cause they're one of the only local appliance repair places. But they try. They've always gotten to us in order of their calls. They've fixed my air-conditioning, and helped replace it. He even built it a support stand. I was sad to see a low rating. I know many of my neighbors who they've been there for. Prices can be costly cause we're in a rural area. If cost wasn't a concern I'd go to them for all my appliances needs. I trust them to stand by their service.

I ask them to let me know the cost of the replacement parts for my icemaker before ordering. They called with that information, I gave my permission to order and as soon as it arrived they called me to schedule a time to fix it. They have always been very nice & efficient.

They haven't ever shown up. I called over a week ago and was told they would get to me when they could because lots of heaters needed service first. I'm giving it 1 star because it won't let me guve it a 0.

"Zero Star=Zero Service" Attempted to get this company out to service my HV/AC all summer. Try to use local service providers. Not trying anymore.....
