Great to work with - AC tuneup and helped resolve power issue that burned out capacitor. Very responsive!

Initially I had very bad experience due to one of the guys started working for them. But later I realize that this company build their reputation over the past many years and they do really care about it. Company owner Tommy by himself came in to resolve all my issues and goes above and beyond to make me happy. One thing I learned is to reach out to the owners of the company and talk to them if you have issues. In my case Tommy listened all and did everything to resolve my issues and he did. I give them 5 star and highly recommend them. They will be my go to guys going forward

Very happy with the repair that was done on my air conditioner. The service man was on time and very respectful. The outside unit needed a part and he had one on his truck and was able to fix it quickly. It was also low on Freon so he added more. As a bonus, he cleaned the outside unit for me.
Their fees were very reasonable.

A couple of mishaps has opened but were polite and did a good job .

We are very pleased with William Precision Air Services. They came out Saturday and diagnosed our issues. We had other techs come out from other A/C companies that would not take the time and find the real issue over a 5 year period... Yes, I said 5 years same on going issues. Very costly... Our unit was just put in 6 years ago and had a coil issues and had rusted our unit due to a leak that was never found by other techs because they didn't do their job correctly. If they would of done their job correctly, we wouldn't had to spend $1600 to replace the unit. William Precision tech found the issue within no time. He explained what happened and how it could be fixed. He took his job very seriously and did it right. If you want the job done right, call William Precision they will get the job done. On Thursday a couple of technicians. Came to service my AC unit. They worked on the wrong unit and burned my compresor on the working unit. I called them and spoke to Lisa. As soon as I finished explaining what had happened her words were BS GO F@#€ yourself. Absolutely wrong way to do business

Tommy and Patrick showed up to check out my upstairs unit that wasn’t working. Was able to diagnose it promptly, had the part needed, and fixed it in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company!

These guys are awesome. Tommy is good honest no BS guy that cares about his customers.
