We were hours away from home on vacation when our house/pet sitter called to let us know that our AC had given out. Of course this happens on the first 100+ degree weekend of the year AND while we were out of town.

I called Brazos Valley AC after hours on a Friday night and the owner picked up right away. They gave me a quote for emergency services immediately and didn’t pressure me to take the after hours service. I made an appt for the next day and the tech arrived even before the scheduled time! There was a text before hand, just as promised.

Less than two hours later we had confirmation of the issue and the repair, as well as a reasonable invoice.

Priscilla, Cesar, and everyone their team is 100% professional, kind, considerate, and accommodating. Don’t question whether or not this is the team for your HVAC repair or replacement, they are the real deal of a local, family owned operation that will actually care for you. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Jose arrived when he said he would. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product he installed. He was very quick with the installation and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using them for all my AC and heating needs

The reason they didn't get 5 star rating has to due with a miscommunication about cost.

On the initial visit, they added 3lbs of refrigerant due to a leak with my evaporator coil. The coil was under warranty and they verbally quoted a cost for repair (~$260) . I didn't look closely at the approval paperwork which listed $1,200.

They came back out with the replacement coil and were again very professional, however after the install the total cost was indeed ~$1,200.

Recommended by a friend. Came out the same day I called. Got our system back up and running until replacement parts come in next week.

Brazos Valley AC Services and Repair is our favorite AC company! Family run, and they get it. They reply quickly, offer quick service, and help find the issue without extra charges and nonsense. We are so thankful how they go out of their way, are honest, and do amazing work for incredibly fair prices.

Amazing customer service and so respectful! They were able to schedule us for the same day, and come earlier than expected. They identified and fixed the issue quickly and with amazing quality and fair pricing. Will only use Brazos Valley AC and repair in the future.

Called them on a possible clogged drain line and came out the sameday and addressed the problem .Highly recommended 🙂

Brazos Valley AC service and repair is hands-down the very best air conditioning repair service in town!! We came home from work the temperature was 100° in our house. I called and they had someone out quickly. We were past the repair stage so we replaced our unit. Fast, reasonable , responsible , professional , knowledgeable , and very reliable!!!! I am so happy I called them.
