Great experience from the initial phone call to end of job. Great customer service over phone everything explained perfectly and great paperwork via email. Workers diagnosed issue quickly scheduled work next day and job was done within 1 hr. They show you the issue that needs to be fixed and then show you once it’s fixed. Best A/C experience I have had on 8 years of owning my home. Highly recommend to family friends and anyone looking for a lifetime company to help with any A/C needs.

These guys have been great so far. I've had them install a minisplit and maintain my main AC units this year, and have been happy with their service. Their techs appear pretty knowledgeable and they don't mind me asking detailed questions about their work. Great company

Our AC suddenly stopped cooling our home late Sunday evening. We called Lonestar and received a prompt answer even though it was after the normal service hours. Liza was very helpful and extremely transparent regarding technician scheduling and any costs we could potentially incur. Despite being fully booked for the following day, she was still able to get a technician out to us. The technician identified the problem right away, made sure we were aware of the cost for all services before proceeding, and promptly resolved the issue. Overall, their communication, customer service, and technician expertise are excellent. We highly recommend this company. Thank you, Lonestar!
