Unless you want someone coming over and guessing what the problem is instead of actually diagnosing the problem call them, I diagnosed the problem with the help of YouTube, granted they offered my money back, but I wouldn’t accept it, they did change some parts (apparently not the correct ones) but they did show up as promised and on multiple occasions, nothing fixed but they did actually show up, so they have that going for them
