Ben gave me a bid on a new HVAC system in Seprember. I told him I wanted to move forward. He said he was having supply chain issues. He called early December & said he could have a unit in a week, did I want my name on it. I said yes. The next week he did not answer calls or texts. I checked again in January & February. He said he would check & call me back. He never called me back. I know from family member in ac business in GA. Supply issues were resolved in January. I went with the 2nd bid I got in September. It is $500 more than it would have in September if I had not let Ben string me along. Do not wait on this man, he does not stand behind his word.

I highly recommend this company they came through for my husband and I during this pandemic we are both registered nurses working and our air conditioner quit working and our apartment complex refused to fix it going on five days because of “the risk to them”.Great customer service!!!
