Noteworthy Heating & Air Conditioning

We had a couple of problems in our building as new home owners. Some of the issues weren’t even issues and Derrick didn’t make me feel stupid for making them come here to check out the problem. We had an issue with our toilet which he helped me with and told me how to deal with it if it happened again. Our faucet is leaking in our bathroom and he told us what work needed to be done. Since we have double sinks in their and need a replacement on one of them he let me have time to figure what faucet style I wanted and went over our pricing options. He was great and I would recommend him!

I love the way this company sends messages with the technicians picture showing me who’s coming to do the work call. My technician, Louis, was professional and explained the dilemma with my water heater in terms I could understand. He repaired the complication with the pipes and now I have hot water. Kudos to Louis for a job well done. Thank you.

The repairman could not unclog the toilet the clog was too far down and instead of leaving and saying sorry the owner was contacted out and he did a thorough evaluation and went through an external vent instead of the toilet found the clog removed the clog and did not charge anymore for this service. I would endorse them I give them an 11 out of 10 stars

We had a leaking pipe in our front yard. They arrived out, diagnosed the problem, then scheduled a fix. They just finished and did a fantastic job. They made sure was working nicely, with considerable attention to detail. Considering the condition of our yard (swampy thanks to both the pipe and the recent rains) they kept it nice. Got the task done in just a few hours. nice guys too. We will be calling them from now on.

So, I called this companies today. 2 times a lady answered, the first time I was told I had the wrong number the second time i called. back the lady who first answered to me that she will connect me directly. Well now, I am just hanging out in the phone. Then Angela from Finch answers, she offers a good maintenance plan. I asked her to explain how I went from one company to the next. She could not offer a good explanation. Wow., so I am done...

we noticed a heater alert on our thermostat on sunday and they arrived the next morning to diagnose and fix it. definitely will use them again.
