Agri-Plex Heating & Cooling

I called to have someone come check out our upstairs unit. They had someone there within 20 minutes. Matthew was kind and thorough and explained what the issue was. He was able to get it back in working order in no time. I felt like he was genuine and professional.

Alex, the owner, and Cody came by for an estimate. Pleasant, positive, and easy to talk to. They spent time to thoroughly review the installation, answer all of our questions, offer every possible option and help us make a well-informed decision. Dennis and Matt showed up on a mission and installed the entire heat-pump system in just a few hours... despite the ever-present, talkative, watchful and "helpful" third wheel that I was... LOL. They went out of their way to lay tarps and be careful. When they left it was like it never even happened, except for the brand-new heat pump system. The entire experience was completely positive from beginning to end, period. I just wish they did concrete work, and fencing, and... big smile!!

They had to replace my condenser. The crew was very efficient and they completed the change out before lunch. They cleaned up the area afterwards and other than a new condenser you would not know they had been there. Great crew, courteous and friendly. Price was reasonable. I will use Agri-Plex Heating & Cooling again.
