This is by far my favorite air duct cleaning company, I have used.
It was super fast and easy to book an appointment at the time I needed.
Their air duct cleaning service was top of the line. The technician, He even went above and beyond to make sure I understand all the duct work layout of my house as well as patiently educating me on furnace in general. I am very satisfied.

Non-stop Air Duct cleaning did a great, professional job cleaning out 65-year-old never clean before Air Ducts. They were on time, polite, communication with the office was great, cleaned up after themself and sent us very revealing photos of before and after shots. Most importantly doing the growing coronavirus pandemic the office confirms that there are certified technicians whose temperature was taken each morning prior to leaving the shop to be sure that they were asymptotic.

I am pretty upset about my entire experience with this company. I scheduled an appointment for a deep clean of my air ducts as well as dryer vent cleaning. The technician texted me to let me know he was on his way, except that my appointment was scheduled for a different day. I worked around it and said it was fine. When he arrived I was immediately told that the $59 per vent price that I was quoted was going to be more because he had to do some kind of additional chemical treatment for my fiberglass ductwork. The technician used a drill/brush and sort of a vacuum technique. It was a small shop vacuum and hose and shoddy looking brush, and there was debris left all over the place. The only thing it really accomplished was to kick up all the dust and send it all into my home, so now the air quality in my home is worse than before. (Edit: now the next morning and my nose is completely stuffed up and my throat hurts.) Then he used this spray paint can for mold treatment and sprayed inside the vents, which probably cost $10 at Home Depot (not a professional chemical treatment). The spray got all over my house, on pretty much every horizontal surface around the vent areas, and so I had to spend a lot of time cleaning up the debris and the sticky white powder and it's still stuck all over my floors and on my stovetop. So I paid over $600 for my vents to not be 100% clean (due to my fiberglass ducts) plus I had to clean my whole house afterward. The vacuum hose that he dragged through my house scuffed up all of my walls, so now I also have a new project to clean and touch up my wall paint. The technician told me that he was not an employee of the company but was actually an independent technician contracted out by the company, so I have no idea who it really was that I was paying, and during the checkout process the payment processor was prompting me to leave a tip! Outrageous. I've never been asked to tip on home services like this. If you feel like you're not making enough money, increase your prices but don't expect me to tip on an already expensive project. Also the technician pulled my dryer away from the wall, then said he couldn't move it, so he accessed the dryer vent from inside my attic. Well, I ran a load in the dryer after he left, and I had hot wet air all over my bathroom, so it must have gotten disconnected when he tried to pull it out. This company will definitely be getting a phone call from me tomorrow.

I hired the steamers to clean the air ducts and the dryer vent at one of my properties, schedule was easy and fast they came out on time and the technician was very nice and polite he took the time to explain me and to show me pictures before and after .
They did excellent job and I'll definitely use them again

schedule was pretty easy the lady in the office was very nice and polite, so we set up an appointment for day after since i had problem with the duct work me and my family had lot of allergies so we decided to have the ducts cleaned up.
they showed up on time the tech was very professional and did very good job as well as sanitize the whole system ill definitely recommend them and use them again .

Best service I had for a very long time! the tech was very kind, he explaind me all about the process. After finding mold in my duct he did a mold treatment. He gave me a 2 year warranty and told me that if Ill see mold, just call the office and they will come and clean my ducts for free.
