Our AC stopped working and our home warranty company sent out Blue Sky. They were very competent and easy to deal with. They ended up replacing our condenser, which luckily was covered under warranty. Very happy with our experience and will be using them in the future - but hopefully not real soon.

Very pleased with Blue Sky. They know AC/Heating and provide prompt service. There were unsolved issues with AC work in my house. Blue Sky came out again and cheerfully fixed it. The real character of a company is not known when all is going well. It is when things are not going well - will the business try to balk and back off? or get the problem corrected come what may.
I will use Blue Sky again and recommend to my friends. If they maintain the high standards of quality and service, this is a business I would love to support and see grow.

I contacted them because they work with American Home Shield, after the contractor ahs had sent tried to give me some ridiculous estimate. They helped me figure out the situation, decide on the best way forward for my current circumstances, and in general we’re very understanding as I tried to navigate the nightmare that is American Home Shield.

Ron Nguyen from BlueSky was assigned to my ticket. He is the most unprofessional, rude and immature service tech I have ever dealt with. If you see his name pop up on your ticket, call Blue Sky and request another tech.
Backstory -
Two different techs came out to inspect my AC unit and I received two different diagnosis... when I asked Ron to check with the other tech he visibly sighed and said "I don't have all day" but proceeded to message / call him.
Ron then investigated the issue and said it could be one of two things. For starters, he wanted to top off the freon but wasn't sure that would solve my issues. He gave me the quote to top off the freon in the system and as soon as that was done, he started to pack up. I asked him to check if indeed it was freon that was the issue by seeing if the system was cooling. He told me that every work order comes with a 30 day warranty and I could call to have him come out again if I was dissatisfied. I held my position and asked him to verify the unit was indeed cooling.
At this point, Ron felt it was okay to vent his frustrations and cursed (loud enough for me to hear him) as he was walked back to this truck. This was all because I asked him to verify the unit was cooling and there wasn't any other issue. He repeated, " I don't have all day to hang around here" picked up his bag and stormed off like a little immature child.
My previous interactions with this company have been routine. But this time around, it was a whole different ball game. Left a voicemail on the company main line and I'm hoping this will be addressed in a timely manner by the management team.

Loved my experience with Blue Sky! They came out so quickly on a Friday, so my family wouldn't go a whole weekend without A/C. And Ron (our technician) went above and beyond to make sure we understood what was going on and what the solution was to fix it. We had our A/C back within hours, and it's been running strong ever since!

Blue Sky does efficient and professional work. They wear foot protection and masks for now. They explain what is going on, and how to do what I can before having to make a service call. And on the call they serviced the a/c and cleaned up the outside unit. I love working with Blue Sky. They do excellent work are friendly and my a/c is cold again! Thank you Blue Sky!
