I had a water heater go out and I went through Lowe’s to get it fixed. They connected me with ARS. ARS sent out Cristian and Austin to my home to replace the broken water heater. They completed the job the next day (after giving me a quote and sourcing parts). They were both very professional and I would highly recommend ARS for water heater replacement/installation.

Service was for a/c "tune-up". Tech only performed a visual inspection of the unit but did not check the freon level, cooling level or other equipment status. Made recommendations on replacement of unit and other costly maintenance.
Was not worth the service call.

Tech arrived on time and introduced himself. Showed him where the thermostat and heating unit were located and he got straight to work checking the system. 30 minutes later he announced he was finished and told me everything was great with the along with no safety concerns with the gas line and fittings.
All in all a great experience. Will have them come out in the spring to do the yearly A/C service.

I signed up for the Premium monthly membership and I must say, it has been the worst. The first 5 visits go rescheduled and I took off of work 2 of those days to be there and they didn't show. Next, My house is new, this was supposed to be routine check, nothing serious. Troy shows up to perform the inspection. 1st he decided to bypass a high voltage safety switch at the furnace. I asked him about it because I was standing there watching him. There were times that I had to leave and I could hear him falling and making all this noise. He completes his inspections after a few hours and leaves. The next morning, my heater didn't work, it was 30 degrees outside that day. The first thing I thought, that dang switch! Turned out after he came back, the logic board failed! Brand new communication board and a brand new house and it fails.
I complained to his supervisor and he tried to back up his guy bypassing a safety switch, and make lt seem trivial. This is the worst company to deal with during this time. The inspection you ask? No, they never gave me any results, freon levels, a/c voltages good, is my furnace ok, nope, not nothing. I have been waiting on a call from the customer relations to cancel my membership. Again, you guessed it, NO CALL YET. This all started 9 months ago. Had they came out the first time and I had the board fail I might have just paid it. But it took them 8 months just to come out! Then, coincidentally the board fails at the exact time they come out...
I have been paying monthly subscriptions for this. I will call someone else for my needs. My first ARS experience SUCKED!
P.S. I'm not one to leave reviews but this was terrible service. I had too. And I've been waiting on a call from this Renee person for months. Bad form

I was on the phone with customer service representative when plumber from ARS that he was on his way from North Austin. He did a marvelous job. He also cleaned the mess that backed into the tub. He was very nice and I would give him a five star rating.

Scott did a great job cleaning our HVAC and finding problems that needed repair. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I am glad ARS has a qualified employee such as Scott in their team.

The plumber was a lovely man.
We were given an option of afternoon and they showed up at 10:30. My husband had planned to leave work in the afternoon.
That being said we had a man tell us and the ads state 89.00 drain cleaning. However our quote was 419.00 before taxes.
What about 89.00oh that's for some sewer clean out ????
I find this misleading. False advertising.

Had water heater issues and called ARS for assistance. Nothing to difficult but needed help due to work overload.
The price charged for the work others have provided for us is 5 times more. Probably won't be calling them back.
The quality is there, just way too overpriced.
