They were great! They came out to clean the chimney and were very professional. After cleaning the chimney, the fireplace stopped working, and they came out the next week with more crew and spent an hour and a half not only diagnosing the problem but fixing it and teaching me the whole time. By the time they left, everything was functioning normally, and they charged a fair price for the repair. Would definitely recommend them.
