Durham Electric & A/C

Purchased a home in which the electrical work was performed by Durham Electric & AC. During the purchasing process of this home we requested that a light fixture be replaced that had gone bad. Our realtor was able to contact Durham Electric & AC, but it took multiple attempts to finally get a replacement light fixture. We are starting to see other fixtures of this same type beginning to flicker & fail. After repeated attempts via text messages, phone calls, & voice mails I have yet to be contacted by anyone from Durham Electric & AC. In my experience this contractor does not contact the customer or potential customer back leading me to believe that Durham Electric & AC would likely not stand behind their work.

Came out to give us an estimate to fix our AC, but never actually sent us the estimate. I've called and texted, but still no response. Don't waste your time with them.

Great service, came over the day I called and fixed my heater. Then did a follow up to make sure everything was okay.

Very professional, friendly and honest work. I would highly recommend their service.
