I highly recommend this company. They are very fair on their prices and keep their appointments. They worked us in the schedule extremely fast. We will definitely be calling them again for any issues. They truly care about their customers. Tabitha was great!

Prosper Air is the best. No price gouging. They have integrity. They just replaced my upstairs 3 ton A/C unit. Got two other bids that gave me stomach issues. Quality work, plus can work in 70s instead of high 80s we had with the old unit freezing up so frequently. When they finished they reduced price from quote due to not having to replace two parts. Can imagine the price gouging companies not doing same.

I would highly recommend Prosper Air not just because they saved me half the cost of a local competitor, but because I felt I could trust them and enjoyed meeting them. This family owned business should be supported by our community because they are honest, economical, efficient, friendly and just down right good people.

Straight up, one of the best contractors I have ever worked with, and I used to build houses for a living.

You won't regret calling Prosper Air! So glad we did. There are still some honest companies out there and Prosper Air is definitely one of them.

We have used a couple different service providers including the company who installed our original unit. After being told 6 years ago during a routine maintenance checkup that we would need to replace the whole system within the year and should sooner rather than later, I lost faith in the honesty of HVAC techs.

Our unit started acting up in April so we started looking for a company to replace the HVAC that was on "deaths door" 6 years ago. Prosper Air gave us multiple options from fixing the original system to replacing part of to all of the system. After weighing the options & cost presented we decided to replace the whole system. We also learned that an issue we were told had been fixed by the original installer was never truly fixed. Never did we feel pressure to choose one option over another and felt they educated us with the pros and cons of each option. They were upfront with all cost involved and there were no surprise additional fees after installation.

We have had to call a couple of times for minor adjustments (learning curve on our part for a system properly installed now) and to install new thermostats (so we knew everything was installed correctly.) They have responded quickly each time and even saved us a service call with one of problems.

Our AC went out in the middle of summer and we have a family member who has a medical condition that makes them very sensitive to heat. Thank god we were able to connect with Prosper Air. Tabitha, one of the owners, came out after hours and repaired our system. She was prompt, professional, and had great pricing. If I ever have an AC or heating issue again, this will be my first and only call. Thank you guys!!

Literally never came back to fix a problem they created. After 2 weeks of them throwing parts at a unit they installed 3 years ago, they just stopped calling back and taking our calls. I was sooooo surprised to see 5 stars. Did they pay you people for these reviews?

Tried two times to contact them. One time via their website to request normal maintenance. 2nd time called and left a message. Once again requested normal maintenance and asked them to return call to set up appointment. Needless to say, there won’t be a third attempt.

These guys are awesome! Affordable, courteous, efficient, and EFFECTIVE. So often these days you can’t tell the pros from the amateurs. These folks are the real deal. They will sort you out if you give ‘em a shot.
