My ac went out and it was super hot. Called Dwight and he came right over and fixed it quick. Never received better service! Very respectful, friendly and down home guy. Haven't had a problem since. Even told my apt manager about him and he had him come over and service all the apt ac's.

I guess in every review, you always have the one person who gives a company a 1 star review. This is the first time it has been me - i usually give companies 3-5 stars, never seen a company I had to do worse with.
I am not sure if the issue is so much the company as the tech. I am not sure what the issue was, but he had been out four times (although the first time was an inspection). The tech was friendly enough, I really liked him, but the problem is, it has now been two weeks and the issue is still not resolved. He first told me I needed a cleaning, and scheduled an appointment for a week later for that. During the process, he knocked down the vent cover in the bathroom. After he finished, it was cooling off VERY slowly. I was able to get it down to 82 that night, woke up the next morning and my ceiling was soaked. Sent pictures into the office, the tech came back out, and said it was freezing up, and this was probably because he didn't put back in as much freon as he took out. He came out again the next day and put more freon in it, and it got down to 76 before it froze up again. Took pictures, turned off unit, let it thaw, started it back up. Since then I can get it down to 82 in the day and 80 at night without it freezing up - take it down lower than that, and it freezes up. Have not heard back from company. Called Home Warranty company , they got in touch with Diamond M, and said they would have a tech out that day or the next. Towards end of next day, called home warranty company back up, they got in touch with Diamond M, and said the following day would be the earliest they could get someone out. Both me and the Home Warranty company decided it was time to switch service providers.
I get that its the busy season, but you need to do something right the first time, or else do what you can to make it right. My system is now in worse shape than when they originally came out, and they stopped communication with me.
