Lennox Stores (Parts Plus)

This was the first time buying from this store and the guys up front, especially Jeff was incredibly helpful. He went out of his way to find deals for me and volunteered information on how to get enrolled in a raffle the company was having. All this for a complete stranger, that's customer service that is extremely hard to get nowadays.

This location has some of the best employees in the industry. Chelsea is very helpful. She helped me understand and has walked me through the online ordering and warranty claim process. This has streamlined the process and saved us both time!

I've been dealing directly with this store on a weekly (daily in summer) basis since it opened and have been thoroughly satisfied the service and staff there. They've been really great. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

My only gripe is that the store is not regularly stocked with some of the most common items such as capacitors, refrigerant, etc. And sometimes in the middle of summer when that seems just unacceptable.

I called they told me they had the parts I needed, I drove 45 min. When I got there they told me that some one else ordered the part and it was the last one... Parts counters always inform customer if there is only one left.... This in my opinion is the result of rookies or training..
Most of the time service is decent.
