Horizon A/C and Refrigeration LLC

We live in Midland and our AC went out a month ago. Home warranty connected us with these jokers. After having the parts for 2 weeks and waiting until the day our appointment was supposed to be. Called in to see where on the list we were and was told that we didn't have an appointment and it would be another week before they can even get it fixed. When questioned the lady on the phone blew off the fact we had gotten an appointment confirmation through Home Warranty. Do not use these people. they obviously forgot what customer service is.

Unit installed and has worked outstanding. Homero Elizondo is very polite and knowledgeable. Noticed I pay less on my electric bill.

We had our American Standard air conditioner installed by Mr. Elizondo, he is very professional and knows what he is doing. We highly recommend him and his company Horizon AC and Refrigeration. We had our share of bad experiences with other AC companies and we would never go back to save a buck or two.

Homero replaced the air conditioning unit on our second floor that was giving us much trouble. His price was more than affordable that other other companies and he deftly handled the purchase of a great unit. He responds to phone calls immediately and schedules the work at customer's convenience. If you ever need a great air conditioning contractor, don't hesitate and call him!

I had a problem with my original install by another local company. After numerous complaints with original install company, I ended up going to the manufacturer American Standard who hired Horizon AC and Refrigeration to inspect my AC.
Homero Elizondo is an expert at what he does. He was right on the problem and together with American Standard they accomplished and solved a problem I had for basically since the original install. I have never seen 2 companies step up like AMERICAN STANDARD and HORIZON AC AND REFRIGERATION.

Eric Dyer, there’s another company close to Midland named Horizon Heating and Air Conditioning, they are not the same company as Horizon A/C and Refrigeration, we (Horizon A/C) don’t service the Midland area, we only service the RGV, Rio Grande Valley. Called them to schedule a service call they gave me a set date and that it would be after 5 therfore I waited nobody ever showed up or called me. I called again no answer.

After paying our co pay. I’ve kept calling the company and even sent an email and no response. How can a company not answer the calls. I spent a whole day calling . Very upsetting. I just gave up and went with a different competitor.

Great customer service, fixed my ac in the evening. Others close early
