We've used Sandrell for years. They have always sent the same tech & Aaron is great! He is always friendly, respectful, & informative. He did a great job helping us care for & maintain our old unit without constant pressure to buy a new one. When that became a necessity, they did an excellent job replacing our unit at a reasonable price. They even helped us move the unit to a different location so we could expand our patio. Highly recommend.

Chris Sandrell and his team at Sandrell Services are amazing! (I believe their office is remote now, not in Spring Hill, TN anymore.) They installed our dual cooling/heating system for our main floor just over 2 years ago now, and they've been taking care of us ever since. When our air when out (fall of 2019), the two main companies we considered were Sandrell Services and Lee Company. We had Lee Company install our upstairs unit several years before that, but felt we could do better on price. When the time came to install the downstairs unit, we were in the midst of the Covid outbreak, so we waited as long as we possibly could, knowing we wouldn't have A/C downstairs until the unit was replaced. Upon comparing/contrasting Lee and Sandrell, Sandrell won the bid by providing excellent pricing (about 30-40% lower than Lee for the same if not better quality products), warranty, and service. I'm really glad we went with them! Over 2 years later, and they're still taking great care of us. Highly recommend!
