Had PrimeTime out for an ac repair as well as a new unit installed. They’re prompt and courtesy and does quality work. Respond time was on point!

Mr. Dave Hutchings is absolutely amazing! When our HVAC unit began acting up recently, not only was he able to diagnose the error, but repair versus replace (surely saving us thousands on a new unit)!!! Excellent response time, top notch customer service, affordable rates, and overall an amazing experience! Whomever trained this man knew what they were doing!!! Dave is wonderful, if he is unable to catch your call right away he returns it as soon as he can. He came out several times when I needed my heat and cooling fixed, my unit is pretty old but he kept it going. He explains to you what is wrong and what he did to repair it. He gives you advice to help keep your system running in top shape. Anytime I need repair for anything at my house PrimeTime is the one I call. If you want it done right call PrimeTime!

I reached out to PrimeTime at 7am on a Friday morning, & they got someone out to me within a few hours. Turns out, I needed a new HVAC, and they got it installed first thing Monday! I can’t say enough good things about the service and the product I received. Highly recommend!!
