Had a oak tree fall on property. Pulled loose the sewer line. Prompt service answered questions. Friendly individuals very knowledgeable and precise.
We changed our review from 5 to 1 because we had issues with Martin's Construction not returning calls to either us or the insurance adjuster. Martin's Plumbing has been wonderful in all aspects.

I called Martin's to get help with toilet being clogged. James came out and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional, polite and explained things to me. It was older toilet that actually needed replaced. I decided to go ahead and replace both in my house. I called back the next day to schedule time for them to come back out. Jessie was very polite on phone and got me scheduled for the next morning, great customer service. James came back out to install both toilets first thing this morning. He was on time (actually early, nothing wrong with that), he was polite, respectful and once again answered all questions that I had. I will definitely use Martin Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs I may have, and request for James to be the one to come out. He was awesome! I will also recommend Martin's to anyone that needs anything fixed or replaced. Thank you Christian for running a great company and having awesome employees working for you.

I manage an apartment community in downtown Nashville. Martins has grown to be my favorite vendor out of any we use in my line of work! Each time I call with a new resident issue, they are responsive, show up on time, look and act professional, and have a great value attached to the work performed. Cody has been out multiple times to assist us, and we are always relieved when we see him! He’s friendly, explains very patiently the issues and repairs to us, and is professional. Great team no matter what! Highly recommend.

Martin Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing to the rescue! Cody was incredibly friendly and efficient, helping us fix up a leak in the walls between our son's room and the adjacent bathroom. He was in and out in a timely manner. Jessie took care of all the paperwork and helping us with our insurance claim by providing documentation to get this taken care of. Excellent service, highly recommended!

I have been using Martin Plumbing in Smyrna for a few years. They have always been responsive to my plumbing needs, arrive on time, and are respectful of my home. Cody was the last Tech that came. He is personable and kind and did a great job. I've used this company for faucet, garbage disposal, and toilet installations in the past and have been pleased with them all. I can recommend Martin.

My ceiling was dripping water in the living room. I knew there was a bathroom above so I called Martin. James arrived about 2 hours later and removed the wet drywall, traced down the leak and repaired the defective plumbing for a reasonable price. The arrival was fast! The service was great! He hauled away the wet drywall---- They will be my go to plumber! Thank you

James and Tyler came out to install our new shower after a water pipe break and damage to our house and upstairs bathroom. They went above and beyond for us. These guys were increadible kind and respectful. We could not be happier with their work and would definitely call them again with any future issues we may have.

Had them out to repair 2 leaking faucets. They came prepared with the faucets after sending a simple picture to Jessie , James came out and installed the same faucets for me . 1 day turn around. James was Knowledgeable about a few other plumbing questions I had. I will be using them in the future

I called Martins on the weekend when a sink in my shop was leaking. I got an answer right away and was pleased they had availability for someone to come out. Jessie was very helpful. Highly recommend. Get your plumbing emergency handled by Martins!
