I’m posting this review via my partner, Camille Pedone.
A five star exceptional repair experience. The technician Rick took off his shoes upon arrival which was starting off on the right foot after arriving on time as promised. Immediately happy. Had the correct part and replaced swiftly without hassles. Last service set off fire alarm. This guy had no need to use an unnecessary blow torch and finished in under an hour. House is freezing cold on 90 degree day. Even upstairs where it can get hot. No leaking and the pipes are neat and allowing access to change filter. Last guy made it impossible to change filter. Love this service enough to get annual service contract. PS it is not easy to impress me. Thanks Mr Willis. Great service,!!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Air Systems installed our unit in our new build, and when it started to malfunction, they went above and beyond to get the problem solved quickly. They also made us a priority because we had a two month old, and they didn’t want us risking our child getting sick. David, the owner, made a personal house call on us to check the problem. We will use them over and over again. Great company with great employees. I would highly recommend.

We are very happy with Air Systems. The technicians are knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and punctual. We started using their maintenance service this year. Our HVAC unit has been freezing up over the past two winters and we have had two other companies try to diagnose the unit. A technician came out yesterday and resolved the issue. The issue ended up being an incorrectly configured jumper setting on the circuit board.

They showed up the same day. Within about 2 hours of calling. Flushed drain line on my A/C and checked my freon and washed my outdoor unit. A little high priced but great service. Tim was very pleasant and professional.

The installer was pleasant who came to check the system. The office provided a quote that was 1200 more than what the tech initially thought. Then they explained the install was more expensive than the unit. Got a quote from a fantastic company in Murfreesboro (Murfreesboro Heating and Cooling) whose honest and not trying to overcharge. I had used this company several times and moving forward they have permanently lost a customer.

They responded quickly, seemed very honest and friendly. Their technician, Brandy, was pleasant to talk to and even gave me a break on the price. I would call Air Systems again if I had any other a/c problems.

Saved me tons. My air went out in July so in haste I called two larger outfits and got mixed and expensive recommendations. A friend recommended David Wells at Air Systems. They spent more time on my existing unit, had a different diagnosis and got it going strong again in one visit. The repair was a fraction of a new unit. He also mapped out a reasonable plan for a new unit when needed.

I drove to this part of town to help a friend out with an easy, and very common, HVAC problem. If the outside unit just sits and hums without the fan starting 9 times out of 10 it is the capacitor. This is a super easy fix. All one needs is a capacitor with the proper terminals and ratings to replace it.
I had been told by a supplier in the area that they had the part so I drove in early to fix it for my friend. As it turns out, they did not carry the correct one so I was stuck calling around to find someone that did have it in stock.
At this point, I called Air Systems to see if they carried the capacitor; I did not know if they were a supplier or repair place. Whoever answered the phone said the following: "Yes. We do carry the part. I won't sell it to you, but I'll come out and do the repair."
I realized at this point that they were a repair service and do not fault them at all for not selling me the part. The problem comes from the remaining interaction.
I told him that I had done many of these repairs before and had driven over an hour to come help out a friend. I asked if he knew of anywhere in the area that carried the parts. Not only did he say "no" he didn't know of anywhere nearby that carried them, but (and this is the kicker) no one would sell me the part without an HVAC license! He knew I had done this before and straight-up lied to me. You can buy this part at any decent electrical supply (not the RadioShack type) store as well as Amazon or eBay.
There is no way I can recommend this business to anyone since they find it necessary to so blatantly lie for no reason. How much more truthful do you think they will be when quoting a repair?

Came today and showed me many thing about my unit I didn’t know. Was very helpful with their insights. This company is very concerned with the well being of others and more should follow their example.
