Called Adam with questions about our mini-split. He patiently answered all of the questions and gave me a time he could be out to inspect our unit. After repairing the unit he told me to wait until I was confident the unit was repaired and then he would send the invoice. Who does that these days!?!? Unit fixed and payment sent! What a pleasant surprise and I have found my HVAC guy for the rest of my days. I will highly recommend him to everyone I know!!! Thanks Adam!

An excellent choice. We called Adam for a second opinion after a well known company said our heater’s gas valve needed replaced to the tune of $580. Very glad we did. He diagnosed and resolved the real issue (a closed exhaust flap) for only the amount of the service call fee. He then encouraged us to call and get our service fee refunded from the first company because they were so far off base, which we did. Adam was quick to respond and arrive. Honest and hard working. He even followed up with us two weeks later when the weather got colder to make sure everything was still working well. Since it’s his company, he does an excellent job to earn a good reputation. I’d recommend him to anybody and will be only using him from now on.

Adam has the equipment, experience, and professionalism to provide the absolute best service around. After another company charged me a fee to ultimately not find my problem, Adam was able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue. I cannot recommend him enough!

Almost went with another company and so happy we did not. These guys did everything they promised and more. INCREDIBLY HONEST, reliable, knowledgeable, professional, reasonable, responsive...I could go on all day! To say all these wonderful things you might think I'm doing a friend a favor...well, I never met Adam or Nick before getting my estimate that is just the impression I was left with when they were done. There was an issue with my new unit that I would not have known about had Adam not told me. He and Nick went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with everything. Would I call them again? The relay in my upstairs unit caught fire and burned up. I needed an affordable diagnostic and replacement, and Adam and his company came highly recommended online and with neighbors. I called him to explain the situation, not knowing the cause of the issue myself, and he immediately knew the problem. Apparently, this is a fairly common occurrence for Goodman units. I called on a Thursday afternoon and although this wife had just delivered their baby, he still made time to come out to me Monday morning to fix my issue. He quickly and efficiently replaced the part, as well as performed routine maintenance on my units. He also found some other things of note, but there was absolutely no pressure to upsell or buy anything immediately. Because of his approach and honesty, I went ahead with his recommendation of replacing regardless and got everything done in one service call. I highly recommend his services and will not be going elsewhere myself!
